You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a full refund of the product price.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Unopened (seal intact for perfume products)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used perfume products
- Products with broken seals
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
